and Bunko is back!
I haven't much time right now - have been working all morning, and just taking a quick break to gather my thoughts.
Looking at the radar, we are going to be slammed with a storm, the remnants of Fay I guess, within the next 2-3 hours. Which means Liam's soccer practice is most likely going to be cancelled. This is actually quite good as I need to be somewhere else at the exact same time and it was going to be a big ol' hassle to get everywhere where they needed to be.
This weekend saw a resurgence of the old Bunko that we knew, loved and have missed. This one was complete with drunk rednecks, men with guns, police cars screaming up in front of me where police officers in full SWAT-gear jumped out. And yes - that was me - right in the middle of it.
In the spirit of full disclosure, while that description is absolutely 100% accurate, the reality was somewhat less sensational but I think I'm going to leave it as stated.
