tired and yet totally awake
one week of work left and things start going a little mad
i was supposed to go to see a movie this morning with a co-worker named Russell. however Russ didn't show up to work the other night and when i tried calling in the morning no one picked up. i figured something came up and he had to cancel but when he didn't show up to work tonight either i got worried. let me explain. he is a MAJOR work-a-holic. he did a full 12 hour a day week and then took on 8 hour weekend shifts to boot. he either likes to work or likes to store up money. not sure which ... could be a bit of both actually. anyway now i have a major feeling like something is wrong. my other worry is that i know for a fact he's alone at the moment so if something happened to him where he would need help it would be a problem. i really really really hope he's alright
secondly my whole house has been rearranged. my parents decided that they have to clean every carpet in the house, especially the one in the current living room, because they bought new furniture for the basement and the living room. i mean that's cool and all, new very comfy sofas and whatnot, but that means that we have our old couches sitting in the kitchen and we're all sleeping on the basement floors while the carpets dry up. this is not going to be a fun weekend
argh. too lazy to write other things
BUT i found this old Polaroid camera my brother got as a gift forever ago. we even had a box of film for it so we put it in and took the 10 pictures we could. the film was expired so they didn't turn out perfectly but they were still fun to make. i think i'm going to bring the camera with me to Guelph for the heck of it. i just hope i can still find film for it somewhere ...
