Hey what’s up guys? How have you all been? Well I’ve been great since I’ve been in Washington D.C. since Saturday! We had so much fun…I’ll fill you in…
Saturday- Soccer game against Brighton (We won 1-0!!), packed and showered then hung out until 5:30ish when it was time to leave. My parents drove me to school and the busses were already there. I was kind of nervous, but very excited to leave. We hung out for a little bit and then the busses left. We were on our way! The other bus broke down like 5 minutes from Farmington but that was the only rough start. The bus ride took all night so I slept on the bus. It wasn’t very comfortable. Oh well I was still pretty excited.
Sunday- The next morning we pulled into a restaurant’s parking lot in Virginia. We weren’t in D.C. yet, but we needed to have breakfast so yeah. We had breakfast, changed and got ready in the gay public bathrooms and then headed toward D.C. (not our hotel room, but to get our tour guide for a day of touring).We went to a bunch of monuments and memorials and museums that day and it was really fun. I really liked the people on my bus and in my group so we were having a lot of fun. Around 8ish we checked into the hotel and then hung out there until 10ish. We were pretty tired but we still were loud and hung out with friends. We went to bed really tired.
Monday- We woke up pretty early and got ready for a full day of walking and stuff. The whole day we spent touring and just hanging out with friends. It was so flipping fun. I loved to see Washington D.C. and the bus kind of became our home so that was awesome too. It didn’t matter what we were doing, we were having fun and making memories. What was pretty funny was that I had to stay with Melissa (my buddy!!) 24/7. I don’t think we were 10steps apart the whole trip. Lol it was pretty funny! We were extremely tired when we went back to the hotel that night and went right to bed knowing that the next morning we had to get up at 6:00am.
Tuesday- We didn’t get a wake up call or set our alarm so we wok up 15 minutes before we were supposed to be out of the room. It was hectic but me, Melissa, Jenn, and Catherine did it! Lol it wasn’t funny at the time, but now that I think back to it, it was pretty funny. We had breakfast, loaded up the busses with our stuffs and went to pick up our tour guide. Nope, we weren’t leaving JUST YET!! We then proceeded with a while day of memorials and then around 5:30ish we went to Pentagon City Mall to eat dinner and shop until 8:30ish!! I had so much fun there even though there was a tiny bit of drama. What the heck ever! Lol. I had so much fun with Melissa, Jillian, Alysa, Brittany, and Samon shopping! Yeahh!! At 8:30 we all got into the bus and headed home ::SIGH:: We drove all night, but that night was more comfortable than Saturday night! Lol sorry Melissa! (long story)
Wednesday- Ms. Shammami woke us up at like 6:30 to tell us to call our parents and tell them to pick us up at 6:40. We were home early! Oh no!! We were supposed to get in around 8oclock but our bus went fast that night. Our trip ended with an abrupt stop and although we were pretty sad, it felt good being home. I missed my shower, my bed, all the necessities. Well anyways, I went homeand slept until like 4 and felt pretty good. We went to the store and I bought sliding gear and then I went to sleep again. Lol I loved Washington D.C.- it was a totally awesome trip!
Thursday- Today was pretty bad since I had to come back to school today. I got frusterated in Science because of the stupid unknown lab thing that’s worth a gazillion points, I had an open book test in Spanish which was still extremely hard (don’t ask me why) so that got me frusterated, lunch was okay but I got lunch duty because Melissa was talking to me. NO offense Melissa, not like its your fault, but that was really gay. And then in Social Studies I just sat there bored like usual. I got a ton of homework but finished all my Social Studies alleluia! In band Mr. Drake acted like a gay fag but it was pretty fun to pass out music because Craig and Hannah had to play 3rd clarinet! Hahahahahah lol Catherine and Britt! In Art, shes having a project due tomorrow when we were all gone at D.C. omgsh she’s so gay! I went home and went to work where she yelled at me even though it was her fault, I swear! Then my brother acted like a total beyotch which makes me extremely mad so basically as you can see, the day sucked. Well now I’m going to make it suck even more and do my freaking homework. Wow this made me feel so much better! NOT I wish I was still in D.C. :-\
Well I guess I’ll write back later when I’m in a better mood because I’m really mad right now. Wow its funny how you can get yourself worked up when you weren’t before. Whatever. Well talk to you later. Lylz
