Opticians....
I came home early from school today ostensibly to go to the opticians....but really because I had no classes, and nothing really to do!!! I didn't have a proper lesson at all today...I was supposed to have triple history, but my teacher wasn't here so he had just left us work to do...including a timed essay test thing, which wasn't nearly as serious because Mr Singleton wasn't here and we had nobody supervising us!!!! Quite funny...
Ok, so I left school at 11:20, walked to the train station etc...basically I got home at about 12:45. I watched the end of the Hewitt match, then I had lunch. Then I went on the computer as I had work to do - writing aurals for my exams. I was doing that for ages, though I did have the ice dancing on the tv. Twas good...I saw the British pair Sinead and John Kerr, who live in Livingston!! :)
Honestly though, I don't think I should come home early that often...because I get these strange ideas. I decided that I would cook quiche for dinner....and no, I have never made quiche before. Or short crust pastry...we usually buy it ready made, then make apple pie or something. But anyway, I decided to do it all.
It actually turned out pretty well :) Though it did take me ages to make the pastry!! I blame it on the recipe book...I had to use loads more water than it said to get the mixture to bind together....still, eventually it did and then I was able to do the filling. Bacon and Cheese, in case anyone is wondering...:P Anyway, it was all eaten...
Right, so I was up at 6:15 this morning to watch a certain Spaniard..I wonder who!! Twas quite a good match...but I had to leave mid way through the 3rd set, with JC winnning 5-2. It all went downhill in that set though from then...at least he managed to come through though!! And his hair didn't look too bad...;) Oh yes, and the guy he was playing wasn't too bad either. I'll have to keep a look out for Tipsarevic in the future...
Good on Maria Sanchez Lorenzo and Martina Hingis today!! Mary Pierce lost too, which was a shock though...Murray also lost in doubles, playing with Novak Djokovic.
Good matches tomorrow, though no doubt I'll miss most of them!!! Ancic - Ferrer, Blake - Robredo, Lopez - Ljubicic!! Obviously I want the 3 Spaniards....

Ok, I'm going to go and see if there is any more ice dancing....and then I'll watch The Bill. Since the football (Deportivo - Valencia) isn't starting until 10. I'll probably just watch the 1st half or so, since I'll be up at like 6:20 tomorrow, for more tennis. :D
