i'm back
ok so after over a week of being away from dormlife, away from exeter, i've decided that i am back. i really don't care if people read the things i write from halfway across the world. for the next three months i don't have to deal with them and their stupid problems. thank goodness.
oh my.. i forgot how truly long it's been since i had last written in this. well. so it's summer. WAHOO. i'm going to be an upper...err junior (sorry...i'm trying to not use the stupid exeter lingo...) next year. officially halfway done with highschool. that blows my mind! oooohmygosh. in a year and a couple of months i'll be applying to colleges. thats really scary! ahh!
also. i'm determined to go to pinkerton's willy wonka prom. b/c i want to see what it's like SOOOO bad. the only problem is i will need a date since i don't go to the school. ugh.
my favorite "little" 7th grader (whos been taller than me since i met her when she was in 5th and i was in 8th) has moved away. that's so sad...but actually it's really funny b/c when she's in michigan she's going to get a cellphone and going to use verizon. which means we'll both in IN! which means we can talk more than we ever were able to when i was at school using my cell and she was at home...b/c i had to wait until after 9 or the weekends. so this is really exciting. AND we've already decided that we're going on a roadtrip soon anyways. so it's all good.
speaking of roadtrips. i went driving yesterday. sadly, though i am well past 15 and a half...it was my first time. stupid boarding schools. this is all great except i don't really have to money right now for drivers ed. so i don't know what i'm going to do.
it's official. now that i'm an upper (ahhh! junior!) the school is making us have a small loan in addition to just financial aid (which we don't have to pay back) so. i'm in debt BEFORE i go to college. this is fabulous.
i miss my exeter friends. :tear: colette is moving to colorado soon. catherine is soon going to be going to colombia for the summer (she was born there and has family and friends) aly is down at the cape. which is reasonable enough...i COULD visit her...but that would require a carride which i do not have. so sad. i do have jess though. who amazingly enough lives RIGHT IN LONDONDERRY! how awesome is that!!!!
