Teamwork
For me, it is not teamwork as much as intervention.
During Lolli's rages, there is usually a moment of blindness in which I am able to subdue her.
She is very passionate and prone to loss of control. During these times, her instinct is to attack, and most often destroy...and usually to our detriment as well.
I most often call upon Debbie to be a proper mother to Joseph. Her empathy and my logic are complimentary attributes.
