Working hard at hardly working

I've been at work for a grand total of 4 hours today. Total time of actual work: 38 minutes. I like my job.

I'm just sitting here thinking about the past weekend. I spent it outside of Bakersfield (it was a lot more beautiful than it sounds) at Campus Crusade's Men's Retreat. It was awesome. Darin McWaters from Hume Lake spoke on "necessary progressions in the Christian walk." (Infancy-->Maturity, Listening-->Hearing, Division-->Unity, and Selfishness-->Selflessness). It was challenging... you could even say my life was changed. In addition to that, the fellowship was amazing, and there was a lot to do: cave exploring, sports, kajabe(?) can-can, hiking, time with the Lord, etc... There were a lot of really solid Christian guys to hang out with, and a lot of my good friends came. Too bad some other friends went to an Amish bake sale instead...
