To toy with one's emotions in such a fashion... I only hope everyone knows how crippling this will be for us once this experiment is over.

Has anyone been able to avoid it? I've already been affected, so feel free to tell me.

[Filtered to Zelos]

I would appreciate it if you would push aside whatever feelings you have for me.

zelos, malnosso, zelos =/= anna, love event

I'm afraid plenty of us understand that far too well, Kratos.

I did my best to avoid it, only to be caught at the worst possible moment. Now all that can be done, with you or I or any of us, is to try to minimize the damage.

Some people still seem to be blissfully unaware.

Agreed. Though I wouldn't usually object to solitude for any amount of time, this curse had clouded my mind to logical reason. Thankfully, I've had many years to perfect the act of suppressing such thoughts.

So I've noticed.

Heh ... yeah, it's pretty bad. I wonder, though, if it doesn't have anything to do with the way we ourselves see such relationships? For some, they seem to be content with just being in each other's company, whereas others seem to be unable to keep their hands off each other. They have forced love upon us, it seems, though judging from the different reactions, it is our perceptions that shape it. That said, perhaps it would be possible to try and shift perceptions from more damaging forms to something simpler, like filial love.

It's worth consideration, I think.

I may be young, but my mind is my only defense. I have to be stronger than this. I have to be.

I've had the misfortune of falling for a perverted womanizer. I doubt he'll waste his time with filial love, nor do I wish to take part in it.

Good. Continue to avoid it as much as you can. I fear what may happen if one or both of you make a mistake.

Again... hm.

I can't say I'm surprised.

...I don't know anymore if I avoided it or not.

What makes you unsure?

...Just...stuff.

Never mind, forget it. ...Just tell me where I can find Zelos so I can hit him.

Hmm.

He's likely still staying in Lloyd's house.

Do you earnestly want to act on false feelings?

False? Ouch, that hurts.

I am not meaning to make this painful. I'm merely stating a fact. This is all an experiment of the Malnosso.
