Argh
I realize that I haven't posted anything on this journal and I am ASHAMED. I haven't spent much time on LiveJournal, is all. But that's changing now that college is close to being out for the summer. These liberal arts places get out early! Of course, this only means that I should be studying right now, instead of courting an online journal. But the first post is always the hardest, for me, and I can't keep putting it off.
So... nothing come to mind, as it typically does when I'm actually connected to the Internet. I did read a beautiful fic for Star Trek 2009: the pairing is Chekov/Cupcake. Sweet without being completely unrealistic! And the author called my attention to the TV series Playmakers, in which Jason Matthew Smith (who plays Cupcake) is a big, adorable hunk of badass and goodness and wibble, I am not joking, I've never seen such a huge man emote so well! The eyes! I love this guy! I hope he shows up more, everywhere! (I've never really liked any huge muscle-y men before, but JMS as Eric.... eeee!) It's gotten to the point that I've semi-seriously considered sending fanmail (but only for a few seconds! And... maybe he would really appreciate it! I don't know!), and I've always regarded fanmail as somewhat useless at best, and incredibly annoying/tedious at worst (then again, I've never gotten any. So maybe people really like it).
Gosh, run-on sentences (or sentences that seem like run-ons, but are still grammatically valid), do we have a life laid out before us...
