I read the fic at work and I've say that I's was pretty surprised. I saw them haing a thing so to speakwhen Alaric was alive but as an original not so much... It is really tricky but you're definitely making it work! After leaving the bloody bits (that are normal for them I agree with you on that one) aside it's so detailed, so heartbreaking at moments... beautiful work!

To be honest, I didn't even want to write evil!Ric (or Original!Ric or whatever he's called), because I hate that storyline with a passion, but this idea just wouldn't leave me alone. I'm not a fan of the violence, but it has to be in there. It'll get better, soon, I promise!

It's interesting to figure out how their relationship changes over such a long time, I have a vague idea where it will lead and I love writing it!
