So the GF and I seriously considering getting a pair of these:
Brand new LX 150's... I'm so stoked! She could afford to buy hers outright, I'll have to get financing, but I can easily pay it off in a year and a half or so.
I looked at other models and this thing is simply the best, and here's the best part:

Top Speed: 60mph
It's not cheap, but considering the gas economy, we can pretty much leave the car at home 90% of the time and I won't have to pay for transit anymore.
Yay! I'll probably be on a sexy black LX within the month.
