Ted is one of the people that Sisuca talks to the most! She absolutely values him as a friend, but she's also really impressed by everything he accomplishes. She's made it her personal goal to catch up to him...which may or not be obvious, because she always want to know where he is. Other than that, he's a polite boy...not like Sieg. She has to watch out for him, too, right?
