I remember when I first met you at the first field rehearsal in band. We were in the stands at franklin field, watching the upperclassmen do pre-game so we could learn it. You were really cool about introducing yourself and you asked what I played and said you played baritone. I was SO unknowledgeable about band stuff, so when you asked, "do you know what that is?" I lied and said yes.

I purposefully picked something from a long time ago, even though it is totally not one of the most interesting memories of you at all. I also remember when you won freshman of the year and all sorts of other fun things about you, but I don't really have a good story to tell. I suck. This is a cool idea though and now I want to post it in my journal.

I also remember when we went to the NIN concert and I think it was my first time on the orange line. We also made fun of all of the 40 yr olds there in black leather, and the 8 yr olds who needed to be dropped off by their parents and were trying to look good. That was a great concert and I was so glad I grabbed that extra ticket!

and that NIN show fuckin rocked! one of the best shows i've ever been to
