Hyatt legacy needs roommates this year, possibly all yours next year

With possible inheritance of Legacy room going forward; this is most likely my last year.
Looking for another single or pair to help defray costs of the two bed room.
I'm late-30s, male. 2nd bed is available. Must be easy-going, and someone I expect to get along with nicely. Con Night-owls preferred. No kids. Alcohol is fine and must also be OK with it. General etiquette, etc. Looking for ages 25-45 ideally. Mutual screening is expected. I've had three different roommates (2 male, 1 female) over the past 6 years and can provide them as reference.
One person only would be $900. Two people $1050. Not really looking to fill the room past that, but might be open to discuss.
$150 immediate deposit required to hold. then balance up to 50% of total due August 18. Balance left after that due at check-in. If you're going to be less time (Thurs in or Monday out), I may be willing to reduce it a small portion. ANY charges to the room (which should be discussed) all need to be settled as well. I am very reasonable, but all business needs to be taken care of first and ASAP so we can move on to enjoying the Con.
