a big decision
well its official, i am now have electronic filmmaking as a minor. very nice. i love doing it. i love working with the camera, and editing the footage, and seeing the final cut. the process is so much fun.
surprising my parents are very supportive with the decision. i thought they would have shot the idea down like they did when i said i wanted to go into biology, and they asked (made) me go in graphic design instead. granted their reaction was received after they had seen a final cut of a short film i had done.
when i was younger i had always imagined myself being in front of the camera, but this class has shown me that behind the camera, working behind the scenes is where i belong.
i did the math, and all i need is an extra 15 credits, so if i take one class every semester i'll finish my requirements with a semester to spare.
so now i am getting my degree in fine arts, with a major in graphic design, and a minor in electronic filmmaking!! snaps for me!!
