Veronica is coming to visit me for my 21st birthday (June 30! send me a card!!!!) She arrives on the 30th... so we'll celebrate w/ everyone in Santiago,
then on like 1July or 2July bus it to Mendoza, Argentina.
From there we might spend a day, and then bus it again to Cordoba, Argentina.
Then, bus it once again to Puerto Iguazu, Argentina. There there is a national park w/ the most beautiful waterfalls EVER on the Brazillian/Argentinean border. Yeah, there's hella a jungle safari boat ride to the watefalls. was that hella in the right context? it just sounds wrong.
While we are there, it's about a 1 hour bus ride to this stellar city in Paraguay, Ciudad de Colonia or something, and I've heard it's the DIRTIEST city in South America. Ever been to TJ? I was told it's about 3 times as garbagy as TJ!!!! Also we can venture into Brazil. Fucks yeah.
THEN, (oh no, it's not over!) Bus it down to BUENOS AIRES, Argentina...meet up w/ Sandra...spend a few days partying....aprovechandonos....ya know, what else?
So the finally after 13 days of FUN FUN FUN and BUSES we regress to Santiago, Vero jumps on a plane back to the US...hopefully w/ a suitcase of mine hehehe....
I rest in Santiago, do some laundry, then it's up to the Atacama desert to meet Misty who is returning from Bolivia and Lake Titicaca...so we meet in the NOrthern desert of Chile and fuck around for like 5-6 days till Misty flys home on 21July.
THEN (oh fuck no it aint over till the fat lady sings) I go ....at the moment sola...maybe i'll get someone to tag along...who knows, i dont really care at this point.. I go fly to Lima, Peru. Immediately leave shithole Lima for CUZCO...the REAL capital of Peru. Spend like 3 days in Cuzco getting acclimated to the high altitudes...(if you've seen Motorcycle Diaries you know what i'm talking about) and then it's off to the Inca Trail to...MACHU PICCHU. What a fucking awesome conclusion to my south american life. visiting the ancient Inca capital. man i love it.
Return to Santiago, Chile about 2 days before my flight out, pack and leave for SC!!!!!
so, it's gonna cost me like $1,000 total, but it's cool. cause i'll be homeless for the entire month of July, so that $450 can go towards bus fares and food and hostels.
so just HOW jealous are you? thought so...oh, and here's some pics...that i stole from google image searches...but you KNOW i'll have these times 338783 bazillion when i return in August. Damnnnn I'm gonna be EXHAUSTED! I'll probably sleep for like 3 days when I get back.
