I have decided to officially reopen the doors to my blog, Losing Paradise, a full two years after my last true post. I posted secretly three nights ago, but only told a few people. Now I'm announcing to my LiveJournaling friends and lovers that I will no longer be a journalist but a blogger, a bloggart, a blogtard, etc.

Why the changeover, Will? you may be tempted to ask. And I'll tell you. First, I prefer the format of the blog. It lends to more personality, although here I can have my delicious Abbey Road background which I'm sure none of you ever truly sees because you only see your own backgrounds. Which is fine. Second, I like the weight of the blog as compared to a jounral. Of course, I'm not talking about the physical weight of the thing but the respect given from it. It's a more respectable form of online self-expression, and I plan to exploit it for sympathy, chicks, film deals, etc. Other than that, the issues are the anonymity of the responses/comments (see Will's first-ever blog entry) and the lack of impetus to write or check on other people's stuff. In that sense, I will still periodically check to see what's going on in your lives (Especially Mogo's, because it's the placebo to my OC.

In other words, farewell.

Much love, Will.
