alright, so about a month ago i did this"no drinking for two weeks" thing to see if i could be sober and still enjoy life. suprisingly, i managed to pull it off, but during those two boring weeks i picked up a new vice, videogames. since then ive beat halo I and II, and have just spent the past three days playing some shitty ass videogame on a borrowed ps2 over here in the dominican republic.
so...as of 9:47 pm on friday january 10th 2006, i swear off videogames for a month.
if i'm going to have a vice that consumes most of my time and mental energy, why cant it be something a little...i dunno, cooler? rubix cubes, boring philosophical books, collecting butterflies, chess, whores, heroin, anything!
but fucking videogames?
