(no subject)
Today was generally enjoyable. I crunched numbers of Cystic Fibrosous for mom...none of the numbers came out to be what she wanted them to be. One source had all but one correct number, but it did not take into account any other sources which were all far wrong. Its a real mess. And then she just found the set of numbers from the 2006 compilation instead of the 2004 that had been used. Mom then questioned why they weren't using the updated numbers. I told her that they within a decent confidence interval I'm sure, but I can't pull data out of my ass (ok, I didn't say that exactly, but it was implied).
I also got to see Ms. Sky and GrayLight. That made me very happy to see long lost friends. I conversed with GL about nerd/trendy/homosexual fashion in Old Navy and by the end of the day had MS saying that she hated me (for a good reason...let us just say she will be thinking of me as she sits at her desk all day tommorow...hopefully in a good way, or at least a plotting my demise kinda way). I hope I get to see them again soon, and my other long lost friends. It would be quite enjoyable indeed.
