What is the weight of the dust?

Also, I live in Houston and it's horribly humid (well, normally.During non-drought years >_>), so I'm worried about keeping it ~_~ What do you recommend?

As for keeping, you could keep it in a zip lock bag in your cabinet and/or fridge.
