Gardens...
If I had any ability to post photos on here, I would. (any suggestions? hint...) Anyway. I've got two garden plots dug out, turned over and fertilized. One has already been sewed with onions and carrots. Nothing has come up yet and my biggest pest so far is...my toddler. I need to get fencing put up.
I'm planning to plant onions, carrots, peas, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers. Also, going for basil and lemon balm(mosquito repellant) for my herbs. I'm going for variety and trying to see what works and what doesn't. I'm also going to plant some garlic in the fall.
I guess if I had pictures, it would just be dirt...but dammit, I sweat bullets for that dirt. It took me 3 weeks to do it, between weather, spring break, and my job. Otherwise, I could've done it in 4 days. Actually, that's what I did it in actual time working. And, if the plots work out this year, I won't have to do it again.
