Sorry I didn't update around Christmas or New Years... so in lieu of that... Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!
That aside...
I got some fun stuff this year for Christmas...
A digital camera
Some stuff for my car
DDR Max and Max Extreme
Money
So over break I saw a lot of movies. Oceans 12 (twice! And, I downloaded the song "Thé à la Menthe" which is the song when the Night Fox is dancing across the museum floor), Meet the Fockers, A Series of Unfortunate Events... and there might have been one or two more. I also visited people, and generally did a lot of driving! For New Years, I went to the Kachur's party and played pool almost constantly through the ball dropping. I took a shot, the ball dropped, I popped some poppers, then continued. It was amusing. After I got home, I visited my friend around 1:30 and got home around 3:20. The next day (well, January 1st still) was ALL DAY LOTR DAY! Allyson, Christian, Eric, Scott, Detrich, Alysha (partly) and I all gathered to watch all three extended versions of Lord of the Rings! We also picked out a character for a lot of people and wrote it down. I might list it if people want it. Anyways, January 2nd was Showstoppers and piano lesson and homework... then back to school...
Nothing really worth mentioning except I got my Governor's School for the Theater Arts application done. Stupendous. Oh, I got my parking permit at the school, so I've been driving in since the 4th. Midterms started. I have to finish my take home essay for Economics, then I'll be completely finshed. I've already gotten 2 back. I got a 100 on both French and Calculus. Splendid. What else... oh, I got into a big argument with my parents, and they took me out of the Sparkle show. Thanks guys, I was looking forward to that. I was overcome by guilt in one situation and formally ended it.* Hamlet practices have begun again for me. I have been working on District Chorus Music. That's about the extent of it! Things have been going rather well for me!
*Well, that girl I had been doing stuff with... I felt very badly that I was doing it since she wasn't single. So I decided I would tell her I was stopping. Then her boyfriend found out. Thankfully, the girl's best friend I had been talking to about the situation, and she was able to tell him about my guilt and that I was stopping... so it wasn't AS BAD as it COULD have been... anyways, he usually comes up to her locker pretty quickly, but the girl's best friend had him wait a minute or two the one day so I could talk to her, then I apologized and such to him. He didn't seem too upset, and as I understand, things have been going well between them. I'm glad for that. Now I've been having fun with the girl's best friend... I'm breaking the unwritten rule of "don't go after her best friend..." hehe.
