Why do public buildings turn the AC down so low? People are cold and they're wasting power/money.
(I'm in the 3rd floor lab trying to do an analog project, and I have no f*cking clue what I'm doing, and I'm just, like, randomly changing W/L's and seeing what happens, and nothing good or even close to good has happened. So far, all I've figured out is larger L's = lower threshold voltages. And nothing stays in saturation. Ever. Help.)
