Question: What anti-virus/anti-spyware/firewall program do you use? Did you pay for it? Does is work well? Does is automatically update? And if the answers to the previous three questions were "no", "yes", and "yes", respectively, where did you get it?

Also, since one pretty much only have to connect to the internet to get 20 tracking cookies, does one have to scan for and delete spyware everyday? Or do tracking cookies not matter, and one can leave it there for, say, two weeks before scanning and deleting?
