Naarmamo Day Seventeen.. and a Happy Birthday to boogieshoes!!
...who asked if anyone could do some Dragonrider 7 icons (the Mag7 men in the Pern world:) So I did these, started them yesterday but, as I said, couldn't quite finish them then and did so today.
I used a set of the book covers for the dragons, added the characters (touched up to make them look a little less like photos, and then coloured them with gradients which - I hope - helped to merge the two elements. They are Chris (bronze dragon, of course), Ezra (green made sense, though given how I love him I swithered over a second bronze), Vin (brown), Josiah (blue), Nathan and Buck (both brown) and JD (blue).
