The question she had asked earlier was brought back up. The blush on her face was finally going away only to come back up when Zexion answered it. So then..if he doesn't sleep int he nude and not int he cloak... Her mind was trying to comprehend an answer..one that was not perverted in the least. if he does have pajamas where does he keep...NO! How she hated her hormones at the moment.

The subject was thankfully changed when the flowers were brought up. She smiled at the lovely bunch recalling her outting with that nice woman, Aerith, when the island was completely a jungle. She hoped the other was doing okay considering she hadn't heard from her in so long. more than likely she left...along with Sora.. a small sigh escaped her lips missing her best friend. She took a sip of her tea to lift her spirits.

"I'm from..." she paused to really think over her answer. Did she really want to explain the intricacies that went with where she came from? Just make it simple.

"I'm from Destiny Islands but originally I'm from Radient Garden," she explained before taking another sip of tea. She turned to Zexion with a smile on her face. "This is really good. Did you make it yourself?" she still wanted to get to know more about the Nobody that was...or still part of the Organization.

Michiru blushed at Zexion's statement. She had never considered wondering what Zexion wore to bed, and was a bit taken aback that this young girl had done so. Kairi looked about the same age as Usagi, if not younger. Actually, Zexion looked quite young as well. Michiru sighed, feeling rather old and out of place.

She had been right, she supposed, in approximating Zexion's personality. Mostly quiet, and rather rude when he spoke. Kairi simply seemed oblivious to it. She reminded Michiru of Usagi quite a bit. Something about innocence blended with an outgoing and somewhat obtuse nature.

Zexion had offered to take the flowers, but feeling as out of place as she did, she stood instead. "Please, allow me to find something for the flowers. It will give me a chance to explore my new home."

She stepped out of the main room and into the kitchen. She longed for her violin, or even a paint set or slab of clay. Art and fighting were the two things she used to release her tress and tension. Currently she could do neither. She'd simply have to apply for a job first thing in the morning. In the meantime, she decided to check her pod for any updates, especially concerning Usagi.

She scrolled through the comments and posts, and suddenly it hit her. No wonder Zexion had sounded familiar... she had spoken with him! Argued with him was more like. She tensed, unsure of how to handle the situation. She couldn't let on that she knew, because that might give away her true identity. She couldn't leave, because that would make them both suspicious. Yet poor Kairi, so innocent, was sitting out there with a possible enemy!

She gracefully rushed back to the room, carrying a large vase she'd found in a cupboard.

Kairi's smile reminded him of Namine in the way that seeing something up close can remind one of a painting. It was intriguing to study the Princess in all her vibrant energy, if only to compare it his own existence. Idly, he wondered if Ienzo had once appeared that way.

Michiru abruptly stood before he could reply to Kairi's question, quickly exiting with the flowers she had brought. He was not overly fond of the woman so far, at least in so much as he had the capacity to be fond of anyone, so her departure was of little concern to him. After all, there was nothing of value in the house that she could harm or confiscate, and it was technically now her home as well.

Zexion took the opportunity to turn his attention back to the Princess.

"I cannot take credit for what is not mine. I merely purchased it at a local grocer, though the price was exorbitant. It is of higher quality than I anticipated." Glancing at her tea cup and noticing that it was nearly empty, he picked up the pot to refill it. Unfortunately, in a display of clumsiness that was quite unlike him, he managed to spill some on the hitherto pristine white carpet. Without a thought, he grabbed one of the napkins from the tray and moved to clean it up.

Kairi was confused by Michiru's sudden departure. Had she said something to anger the woman? She hoped not considering she was spending the night over at her..and Zexion's place. That was the last thing Kairi wanted to do, anger someone in their own home. Especially on a first impression too! Or maybe..she was ignoring her in favor of Zexion? Did she feel left out of the conversation? I hope not...I didn't mean to. The thought went through her head as Zexion explained where he bought the tea.

She blinked her indigo eyes. So he didn't make it? Go figure...she was drinking expensive tea...for the first time. ...Is he sure I'm not putting him out? The thought showed through her eyes as she looked down at her half empty cup of tea. Perhaps she should drink less so...she could save him money? Now she was even more convinced she had to do something to show her thanks.

"You have good taste then--ah!" she yelped seeing some of the tea had spilled. She had the same thought as the Nobody, reaching over to grab some napkins to clean up the mess. "I got it, its okay." she said, trying to clean up the mess which was caused by her. If she hadn't sipped too much of her tea he wouldn't have to refill it. As she leaned over to try and clean more of the mess Kairi failed to calculate in how far away the mess was...plus gravity. Without meaning to she reached out too far causing her to slip off the couch and...

Grabbed Zexion in the process.

She thought he was an arm rest or something anchoring her from falling but that was entirely wrong. She ended up on the floor with the mess still not cleaned up...and Zexion...on top of her. Kairi couldn't form any words that could express how embarrassed and sorry she was.

Michiru blinked at the sight that greeted her as she walked back into the room. She nearly dropped the vase, but caught it with deft fingers. Anger crawled up the back of her throat, nearly choking her. How dare he attack Kairi like that?

She assessed the situation, searching for the best way to react. She wanted desperately to transform and destroy the monster, yet she was still loathe to reveal her identity, and Usagi had mentioned that people didn't stay dead on this damned island. That was even more of what she didn't need, an undead enemy who was pissed off and knew who she was.

The anger drained as she quietly and quickly reassessed the situation. Kairi was... blushing, not screaming. Zexion looked as embarrassed to be caught as she did. This was... consensual?

She felt the cold inside of her growing, consuming her. But images of Usagi, and Haruka, passed before her eyes. Usagi was her only friend here, and Haruka wasn't here at all. She'd gotten so used to alienating people, but she'd also been so lonely, before the senshi. Perhaps, she could...

"If you two had wanted some privacy, you could have simply said so," she offered, trying to sound amused, not horrified or cold. She'd see how Zexion reacted, and make notes as to what she could expect from him in the future. She'd also be careful to not leave the two of them alone anymore, as much as she could help. Consensual or not, Kairi was obviously far too young to participate in such activity.

Shock was perhaps the closest approximation of emotion that crossed his features, followed quickly by what he determined to be the memory of embarrassment. He could scarcely recall precisely what sequence of events had resulted in their current position, it had happened so quickly.

The intellectual part of him was well aware of the heat and color rising to his face, both of which were a typical physiological response to such an emotion. This was not particularly odd, as on occasion, Nobodies were known to show similar symptoms in response to attempts to elicit memories of specific feelings. What fascinated him, however, was that he was not actively striving to reproduce any particular reaction, and yet this was by far the most intense he could recall since losing his heart.

For a moment, Zexion was almost painfully aware of the heart trapped beneath him, innocent and whole and completely vulnerable. She was at his mercy in that instant. It would be so simple just to take it, to corrupt it and use it to his own purpose, and the desire to do so was quickly overwhelming his other senses.

But suddenly Michiru was there, her voice strained with false humor, and the rational part of his mind took over again. As he had determined earlier, with the Organization in ruin and without a way to return to The World That Never Was, it would be pointless to continue down that road. At least until another solution could be found.

Quickly sliding into place one of his most impassive expressions, Zexion righted himself with care and replied quite calmly.

"I am afraid you misunderstand, Michiru. There was nothing remotely inappropriate taking place, though I am sure your observations seemed to imply the contrary."

He offered a hand to Kairi.

Kairi's mind was racing. How could she have let this happen?! How could let someone, specifically Zexion, be on top of her?! Not ...that she wouldn't but!! She was trying to get away from this sort of thing! I want this with Ri--NO! SELPHIE SHUT UP! The thought raced through her mind as she stared up at Zexion, mentally hoping he would get off of her. It was just a mistake, a harmless mista--

"If you two had wanted some privacy..." Michiru's words broke through her stream of consciousness and Kairi wanted to instantly die. Or...find a hole to live in for the remainder of her time here on Salkia. Kairi's voice continued to be lost to her which was a blessing in disguise. What could she have said to convince Michiru that what she saw and what happened were two completely different things.

Thankfully Zexion took care of that. Her explanation would've been cheesy and cliched. Breathe....just breathe. She thought, blushing madly as she took Zexion's offered hand to stand up.

"Y-yeah..." There's my voice... "He's not...we're not...I like someone else...and.." Oh God did she really want to explain how messed up and tangled her love life was? Kairi bowed her head and saw the mess was still there.

"Napkin! I'll get more napkins..." She was failing with being subtle about the changing the subject but it was better than her standing there blushing like crazy. The Princess of Heart moved away from Michiru and Zexion in favor of running to the kitchen to grab more napkins.
