Ignorance is Bliss
Who: Aoyagi Ritsuka and Sagan Natsuo
Where: Ritsuka's bedroom

What: Natsuo discovers that Seimei is on the island and doesn't want Ritsuka to find out

While Ritsuka had been extremely happy about Soubi's arrival, he couldn't just forget or ignore Natsuo for his own fighter's arrival. Natsuo had been there for him when Soubi wasn't able. And now that Soubi was here he couldn't just abandon Natsuo to be by himself and to his own musings. He learned quickly that ignoring Natsuo led to all of his just bought apples being turned into rabbits. But Ritsuka understand Natsuo's depression, or at least he could understand why he had it. The fighter was without his sacrifice.
Ritsuka could never replace Youji (nor would he try) he could at least offer the same comfort that Natsuo had offered to him. So as always, Natsuo had spent the night and they had slept in the same bed, Lyla resting atop their cuddling forms. It had been an exhausting night. First the luau and then Soubi coming to the island. The last part had been emotionally draining. But Natsuo was there. Because Natsuo was always there. Ritsuka was pretty sure that if Youji ever did arrive on the island that it would just be the three of them sharing his bed with Lyla somewhere in the covers.
He heard his alarm clock go off and he frowned as he moved his arm from around Natsuo's shoulders to try and hit the snooze button. He didn't have work today but he figured he had just forgotten to turn it off the night before.
