Lawyer vs. Ninja...who will win?

What: Lawyer and Ninja meet in the dome that is their apartment.

After clicking ever button possible, and numerous confused expressions and almost lobbing the 1337Pod aside, he found that he did, in fact, have somewhere to stay. That was a load off of his mind; as fun as it was sleeping on a park bench, Phoenix would much rather the warmth and comfort of a real bed.

He clicked his tongue as he glanced around the neighbourhood-- it didn't seem so bad. It actually seemed a lot better than where he lived back at home, which was also quite a comfort. Although he had no idea what to expect when it came to the apartment itself. Phoenix would be plenty happy if it had a couch, a bed, a bathroom and a simple kitchen. He was easy enough to please when it came to the luxuries of life; he had no need to compensate like a certain rival lawyer, after allIf Phoenix had any inclination that this apartment had someone sleeping in it, he would have made more of an effort to be quiet. He wasn't particularly loud, per say, but he wasn't exactly light footed, either. The key in the lock jingled harshly and he

Yuffie, for the most part, was a heavy sleeper. After all, living in a home with more than three people one had to block out certain noises (like someone snoring, grumbling, or pots and pans being thrown at two in the frickin' morning) to get a good night's sleep. Although since she was in a new environment she should've slept with one eye open in case any one tried to attack her. The ninja girl didn't think of that when she plopped down on the couch.

She was having a pleasant dream that involved one of her true loves--treasure. In the dream she was in a cave loaded with trunks, chests, shoes and ponds filled with gold coins, potions, materias and other valuable artifacts. All of which belonged to her. However her precious dream dissolved when someone had the nerve to shake her awake. Instinct took over. Her obsidian eyes snapped open just as she pulled out a ninja star, ready to hurl it at the enemy.

Aw crap! Did Zack come back to take his materia away from me? Are heartless attacking!? Nobodies?! she thought waiting

It happened far too quickly for Phoenix's liking. One moment, he had her shoulder in his hand, the next he had his back pressed up against the wall in sheer terror. He'd barely just stumbled in and here she was, throwing death devices out and around as though they were some kind of toy! In Phoenix's professional opinion, she was clearly quite insane.

"No," he squeaked rather quietly. His eyes darted between the (in Phoenix's mind) death star and the small girl. He'd almost be annoyed at himself if he wasn't afraid of being cut into 20 million pieces by a pretty young thing in hot pants. "no, I'm not Zack anyone. My name is Phoenix; Phoenix Wright."

Well, he relaxed slightly as she moved behind the couch and felt brave enough to kick off from the wall, fidgeting slightly. "I was going to ask you the same question." He raised a jagged eyebrow, looking slightly accusatory.

A smile came across Yuffie's lips seeing the man against the wall in sheer fright. Yes! He should be afraid. No one breaks and enters into the Great Ninja Yuffie's home without getting caught and punished! Still not the robbing type though....he's wearing a suit like Reno...Maybe he's a Turkey?

Her eyes narrowed when she heard the 'no' come forth from the now dubbed Turkey man. Strike that, his new name was Pheonix 'The Turkey' Wright. After all, if un-dead Zack could pop up from her destroyed world maybe Turks could too. It makes this entire situation even more complicated. She began to twirl her ninja star in her hand, but that came to an abrupt stop when he said she was in his home.

"Come again?" she asked before shaking her head. "Hold it! Are you or have you ever been a Turk?" Better she know now where this gentleman came from before she revealed too much about herself. Cloud and Zack already thought she was insane, Yuffie didn't need to add another member to that club.
