Another invitation has appeared wherever you are!
That's right Salkia, we're having a New Years Eve party! Bring a date, bring some friends, do what you like....as long as you wear what Kia's provided. If you try to enter Town Hall without it, your clothes will instantly be turned into whatever it is she left for you. Now...what did she leave for you?
For gentlemen? A skirt, a dress, or any other fancy women's clothing.
For ladies? A suit will do. It can be as formal as a tuxedo or something more like business wear or men's traditional clothing in your particular culture, but it's all long pants girls.
These clothes will be sitting on beds, on desks, wherever your character will find them. If you enter Town Hall during the party, you will wear them no matter what. If you don't go at all...well..
