She stood still as she gazed around the island. It was nothing like she would have believed...she had no clue how she came here and she seriously did not

He paused and looked at her. What did she mean by 'little bird'? While Preston wasn't exactly a giant, he wasn't very small either. Staring at the blond woman for a few seconds he deemed her not much of a threat to him from her outside appearance. But that didn't mean that he wasn't on his guard, after all you never judge a book by it's cover. "Pardon? What are you talking about?"

She watched as the man paused. He was tall so he dwarfed her in size but she was not one to be intimidated. She smirked at him slightly "I should have known that it would be too hard for simpleton to understand. Who are you?" Her lithe body was calm but she was always alert.

He didn't say anything about the simpleton line, thinking that she seemed to be the snobish type. Instead he stared down at the woman and spoke in a slightly professional voice. "I'm Private Preston Marlowe. And who are you?"

She realized that he was stupid and not worth her time but she still might be able to gain some information from. She stared at him and at his name, she smirked. He's only a private...he is not worth her time.

"I am Larxene"

If she said that out loud then Preston may have taken silent offense to that and said something equally rude back to her. Although it probably wouldn't have been intentional.

Going off of assumption now, since he has never seen this person before he opened his mouth to state something that probably did not need to be answered. "You just arrived here didn't you?"

She would have not minded saying it out loud but she needed information and she realized that she would have to be "nice."

She tried her best to keep her retorts under control. It was so easy but she thought to herself...you can get information out of this loser. "Yes and I don't know where I am." She would not ask or say please so she hoped that he was smart enough to answer her unasked questions although she did not count on it.

Truth be told she could get this information out of anyone on the island. It wasn't exactly a huge secret and Preston would be surprised if it was. After all how can you keep the happenings on this island a secret? "Well right now you're stuck on an island called Salkia. It brings people here from different worlds for it's own personal entertainment."

If she had not pissed off everyone on the Island...it would be easy to extract information but no one wanted to tell her anything now. She wanted to laugh about how gullible this fool was. He was playing right into her hands!
