What: Dress shopping

Kagome smiled at Cissnei as they entered the mall. Edward was coming later so for right now it was just Kagome and Cissnei. After her conversation earlier with Cloud, she was smiling somewhat. This should be a very interesting conversation. She was not quite sure how to bring it up but she knew that Cloud really wanted to know.

"So Cissnei, are you going with anyone?" she asked bluntly

Well, that hadn't taken long at all. Cissnei wasn't very suspicious of the girl's motives, most everyone had been talking about who they were going to go with, except for a few. The latter included herself. "No." She replied just as easily, stepping casually around the girl as she headed down the walkway to the escalator, where the dress shop was that she had already picked out her dress from.

Now that it was fitted and everything, she just had to finish paying for it! Thank goodness for tips. "I figured I would go with the rest of the prom committee, sience I didn't go my junior year." Yuuki, Kagome, Ritsuka and the other kids on the committee with her were pretty nice, and she didnt' particularly mind being around them at all.

"What about you?"

Kagome of course had no motives except to find out for Cloud. She smiled as the other girl said no. She would be sure to tell her brother since he would be happy with the news. Kagome followed the girl into the dress shop.

"Oh that should be fun!" She exclaimed. She did not have a date and although it worried her slightly, she was not overly upset about it. She enjoyed Cissnei's company and Yuuki was one of her good friends.

"I am going by myself. Would you mind helping me pick out a dress?" She ask this kind of shyly hoping that the other girl would stay with her.

The question surprised her slightly, and Cissnei gave the younger girl a brief look before she nodded. "I'm not very good at it, but I can try." She offered. Well, there would be a sales assistant there anyway right? She could do most of the work, and Cissnei could agree or disagree!

Something like that, anyway. She had a hour or two before she needed to get home and get back out. They entered the shop, immediately welcomed by the people there and Cissnei turned to Kagome. "You go ahead and start looking, and I'll be right there ok? I need to do something really quick."

...Despite not having a date, she had every intention of looking nice, hence why she was spending so much on her dress, even if it was going to cost in sleep her in the long run.

Kagome gave her a huge smile. "Thank you Cissnei, I am horrible at this kind of thing!." She liked having people that she trusted to help her pick out important dresses.

She smiled at Cissnei and walked away. With how many dresses there were around her, she had no clue to even begin. There were so many colors and types. What would look best on her?

While Cissnei was busy, a assistant came up to help Kagome pick a dress. After asking what color the girl was thinking for, and getting her measurements, they went though the store and came out with a couple different dresses to chose from.

Kagome felt very weird and awkward getting her measurements done. She blushed as the woman measured her and it made her feel awkward. At the dresses that the other woman chose, her eyes widened. They were beautiful...really too pretty for her!

Kagome felt loss and worried. She glanced around for Cissnei but could not find her. She continued to stare at the dresses. When one...a blue dress moved...she stared at it. When she saw her brother's head poke out, she stared at him in surprise!

"CLOUD!" She ran and hugged him.

She smiled when she realized why he was there. She knew that the soft pat on her head was his show of affection.

She grinned openly at him and didn't say anything.

Grin widens as he tilts his head. She loved teasing her brother.

She slapped his hands away and jumped back. Her eyes sparkled with mischief. After putting her hands on her waist she leaned forwards a small bit "Why are you going to ask her?" She asked with a laugh. She was overly enjoying herself at her brother's expense.

Well, they could play that game, except the store was rather small, and Cissnei was finished with what she had come here for. Dress bag on her arms as she went to go find Kagome, Cissnei heard the two of them before she even turned the corner, ending up behind the blond.

"And what did I tell her now?" Her tone wasn't unfriendly, if just but a little dry. She raised a eyebrow and waited for the other two to turn to look at her. Now, what in the world was he doing here? Cissnei wasn't quite sure what she had walked into.

Kagome blushed as she saw Cissnei come up behind Cloud realizing that she heard the last part of the conversation. If only he was stupid enough to say her name.

She smiled at Cissnei and remained standing there. She was not a coward so she would not run but she could use the dress if she needed too. Besides Cloud can find his way out of this one.
