Rainy days are hungry days

The last few weeks no one would have really seen much of Edward, the child had pretty much turned the Tinker Toy store into her new home as wel as creating a number of different things. Throughout the store there were piles of parts and things that Edward had begun to build, and other things that had just piled up. Occasionally the red head would pop out from one simply to disappear into another and come out with exactly what she was looking for. The small ship that she had built was sitting on the counter toward the front of the store, where it had been since her post and Kaiba calling it a waste of time. However, the larger one that Preston had asked to work on was partially put together in the back; though Ed was having a hard time finding things that would work; especially considering that anything that could have really be used to make it sturdy would be too heavy for the child to lift.
Instead the child lied just inside the windows of the store, her goggles blinking as she went from post to post looking around the network for anything interesting happening. However, it seemed like the rain had taken the energy out of everyone and nothing was going in. “Rain rain go away, hop the fence now pet a stray.”
Ed’s stomached growled causing her to wrap her arms around the stomach area, “Hungry, tummy caving in.” With that she flipped over backwards leaving the goggles where they fell next to Tomato as she opened the door to the down pour. “Lots of water falling from the sky, should Ed take an umbrella?” Looking around all she could find was a yellow umbrella with ducks on it, though once she opened it Ed twirled it in place for several moments, “Nope~” tossing the umbrella up so that it hung upside down she raced out the doors into the rain and the streets of Salkia.
