Since they had returned to the island, Hatori had taken a little time to walk around and explore. Most everyone that he knew and had spoken to though were no longer there with the exception of Himawari. Though there was still a classmate of Yuki's, though Hatori did know anything about the child. All of the potential appointments that had been made with him had not been followed through with, leaving Hatori with more and more free time; more than he knew how to spend. He wondered even if he did find a position at the health clinic whether or not anyone would ever request his services.
With nothing better to do, the doctor decided to check out the medical facility that had been pointed out to him. Since he had been hesitant about going to the mall again after the crowds that had occurred in the Disney park, and since the curse was still in place he did not care to accidentally bump into someone and transform. Though now with Akito and Shigure gone it would not have been as large of a deal. Previously there had been no such facility on the island and he was curious as to what supplies and equipment would be there as well as if there was any staff present. In any case, it would give Hatori something to do and might help to preoccupy him from the thoughts he had been having.
It was not a far walk to the clinic from the house Hatori resided in, in fact there was only a restaurant between the two; Sweet treats. Standing outside of the doors for a few moments, Hatori finished the cigarette that he had been smoking before starting to head inside.
