Suzaku laughed a little, clapping Lelouch on the shoulder as he held the other steady so he didn't fall over. He was quite happy that he was able to successfully keep Lelouch in the dark.
"What do you think? Pretty cool, huh?" he asked eagerly. "I have a real cake too so don't worry about that."
"Yeah. This is Cherry Blossoms. The place under the water," Suzaku said. He nudged Lelouch forward towards the girl that emerged from the cake who was now dancing for him.
"Sakura's really popular here so I asked her be here tonight for you," he beemed. Asked and paid 1000 Monies, but Lelouch did not need to know that.
"It's alright! No one's here to judge. They're all here to have fun too. Just try for a little, alright? I just want you to have a memorable birthday. You can leave whenever you want," Suzaku said, his green eyes filled with worry. He had already had arguments with both Seto and Kallen and he was worried that perhaps they were right and Lelouch really would just walk out.
"Come on, birthday boy...I'll make it a memorable night for you," Sakura purred and slipped a bit of frosting from her breast onto her finger before pressing it lightly to Lelouch's lips.
Sakura smiled, nearly giggling by how awkward her client's friend was. Most boys didn't exhibit this level of shock even if they were embarrassed. He was a very shy boy and probably needed someone a little more...gentle. She stepped back and looked towards Suzaku.
"Perhaps I should fetch my friend to accompany you two as I go clean off. I'd hate to get frosting on your nice clothes," she said, noting Lelouch's very proper attire.
Suzaku nodded. Lelouch didn't seem too interested in Sakura and the girl seemed to know how to read her customers. She probably had a better idea of what Lelouch would like.
"That sounds good. We'll be over there getting a drink," Suzaku said, bringing Lelouch over to the bar. There was a lobster-shaped cake sitting on one of the higher shelves and Suzaku hoped that Lelouch would stay long enough to cut it.

"It's your birthday cake. I thought it'd be nice to serve up something a little off the wall tonight and I thought about how much you like lobster."

"Russian Roulette's my specialty. It's great for shots with the ladies," the man said with a wink. Suzaku nodded and then grinned at Lelouch.
"You want that?" he asked Lelouch.

"Enjoy," he said before going to tend to some other customers. Suzaku raised his shotglass, hoping he wouldn't choke on it.
"To your birthday," he said.
