When Yoite whisks Miharu away to the hall in front of Madam Red's apartment, he's breathing heavily, on the verge of panicking, and holding Miharu closely to his chest, maybe a little too tightly. He shakes, but Miharu is shivering, and so that doesn't matter; what's important is getting Miharu's fever down, what's important is making sure that Miharu is all right. Yoite will do anything - he's completely prepared to threaten Madam Red's life if she doesn't proceed to help as soon as she sees them.
This is because Yoite is afraid. Things lash out when they're frightened; that's a particular skill of Yoite's, as well.
"Miharu, Miharu," he says, standing, cradling Miharu as best he can, and he raps on the door; "Red is going to make you better. Look at me. Tell me something." He wants Miharu conscious.
