On the bus in Seattle, which is, surprise surprise, rainy. Three musicians are playing Tangled Up In Blue and we are waiting for the time for sound check. I am well, though a bit tired as we got up at 8:45 this morning to make breakfast and go visit our friend in his classroom in Eugene. Went to sleep at about 3:30 am. I am on musician time, so it feels very early to be awake. The high school was a bit like mine, but smaller and had students from K-12. But he reminded me of a combination of radical english and history teacher.
I have a confession. I have not been writing. I started out so well, but I have been quite remiss. I have been coming up with idea after idea however, and taking notes as I go along, but I still know that I'm playing hooky.
