This is probably the best item I've ever found in Diablo II.

The only possible contender would be my perfect Titan's Revenge. This was more satisfying, though, since I'm actually playing a Sorceress at the moment. Gambled from Elzix, that wonderful gimp, at level 77. Really, the only way it could be much better was if it had some Faster Cast Rate, but that's what dual Spirits are for! Now all I have to do is find something nice to socket it with... I had an awesome Scintillating Jewel of Hope (+12 All Resists, +15 Life) that would've been perfect, but I went and stuck it in my armour already.
In other news, my Chemistry class is made up of about 80% smoking hot females. Not that they'd ever give me the time of day, but eye candy is always nice, if distracting.
In other other news, I just did nine straight hours of quantum mechanics! Wee! @_@
