Salieri Review!

Here's a review that we're going to get in SoFanZine, a webzine out of Fitchburg, MA...

Bridgewater, MA has officially hit the map with one word and that word is Salieri. Self-proclaimed as "alternative funk rock", this band has got what it takes to entertain any listener, live or through recording. The latest recording to be released by these five guys, the "Official Bootleg: Salieri Live" cd is one of the best compilations of tracks from one band, and it was all done live. Almost every band sounds better on a recording than they do live but this cd proves that Salieri does not follow suit. Even with a few recorded tracks on the record, Salieri continues to gratify the senses like you have never felt.

Once you come in contact with the "Official Bootleg: Salieri Live" cd, you will never want to let go. You will find it on every playlist you make, you will catch yourself humming chords or singing lyrics to their songs at random moments, and you will blast it on your radio and enjoy. With songs such as "Positive" which has a catchy Sublime-esque sound to it, "Forgoing Formalities" which shows Salieri's screamability, and "Chaos in Motion" shows lead singer Nick Inglis singing faster than Bill Clinton with 5 secretaries under the desk.

This band has taken several different sounds that they all love and fused them to make Salieri an amazing band of great versatility. This is the best CD I have heard out of a local band as long as I have lived.
