So, I'm study-addled opposed to stress-addled and that feels nice.
But my prof said something the other day and I liked it:
When we create exceptions(1) in the law aren't we just using middle-class solutions to lower-class problems?
Such an exception may be to the duty-to-read doctrine, which says you can't get out of a contract just because you didn't read it. But shouldn't there be exceptions for people who can't read? Who can't read English?
Note: This exception actually doesn't exist... but it would be nice.
