Thought exercise: Imagine the Bar just said they would go on strike because Bush has invalidated the system and subverted the Constitution (as they have in Pakistan). Now the less intelligent of you will applaud. But really, think about how secure you would feel if you knew that for a period of time there wasn't a system to settle disputes. How would we end up settling our disputes...
