Wow! Where to start. It's been a crazy couple of weeks, as evidenced by my absence. The good news is that the Consolidation kick-off went very well. I did the 30 minute intro video, the clips, and ran the ppt for the speakers. It was a great change of pace and a lot of fun. Still, I'm glad it's over.

Jason and I went to see Phantom of the Opera Saturday at the Fox. Words can't describe how magnificent it was. I was expecting amazing, but it went totally beyond anything I could have imagined. I'm definitely going to see it again sometime when I can get closer seats. Also, I had an awful migraine, so I had to leave for a bit during Act II because I was very sick. Still, it was simply breathtaking. And, like I knew it would, it got me all fired up again, and I'm going to have to re-read the original book and Phantom by Susan Kay. *sigh* And probably watch the 4 movie versions I have at home. I'm not obsessive. I'm NOT. LMAO (oh contraire....)

Here are a few (dark) pictures of the theatre. Apparently, you're not supposed to take pictures in there, as I found out when I about got my camera confiscated by the old lady usher camera Nazi. But, I made it out, camera intact. It looks like a plain building from the outside, but is very opulent inside.

Father's day was good. Ana got daddy a hydraulic shop chair, a Grizzly certificate, some bbq cookbooks, a superdad shirt, and lunch at Vista (dessert at Cold Stone). We went down and met my parents for lunch. Did some landscaping in the afternoon, and then drove around looking at houses and land.

Here are a couple more pictures.
