Yesterday turned out a lot better than I anticipated. My teacher was really cool about me missing class the past two weeks but I do have a lot of work to catch up on. So I'm going to be a busy bee!
Want to hear something shocking?! I haven't worked out since Saturday. SATURDAY!!!!!!! I cannot believe how lazy I have become. I know I shouldn't put blame upon my fiance but because he is home, I tend to go over to his mothers house and stay with him all night instead of going home from work and exercising and going to bed. He gets upset if I'm not with him all the time but I told him today that I have to exercise, eat and sleep right and I need his help. I think he's beginning to realize how serious I've become about my career and weightloss. I hope he helps out more by being more supportive and at least trying to eat right around me.
(Half Hour Later)
My treadmill tried to throw me off! It's really old...probably 10-12 years old. I had it at a jogging pace and at an incline of 2.5 percent and it freaking stopped. I grabbed the sides before I could fall off. Tried to turn the damn thing back on but it won't turn on so now I'm sitting angry and sweaty at the computer waiting for my lunch to finish cooking. My treadmill has blown up until my father comes home and fixes it this weekend.
Guess I'll just use Sparkpeople's bootcamp until than. Foods done! Yay!
Doesn't this look tasty? It's yellow squash, zuchinni, and mushrooms. Two tbsp. of olive oil, dash of salt, pepper, paprika onion powder and a tsp of garlic (I freaking love garlic). Mix the seasoning with the veggies and dump on to a pan. Roasted for 20 minutes at 450 degrees, stirred halfway through. (At 10 minutes) and voila! you have lunch!
Off to get ready for work.
