WOOT! I lost 3.5 lbs! I'm so proud of myself. I went to the gym today and after my work out I weighed myself. I thought I weighed 215 I weighed 209 when I checked last Friday. Now I weight 205.5 :-) I'm getting there! I'm going to be taping myself today if my mom remembers to by a tape measurer. If not, oh well I really don't care at the moment I too stoked with the weight I have lost.
WEIGHT GOALS
1. Lose ten pounds
2. Lose 20 lbs
3. Run a mile and a half under 15 minutes
4. Run a mile and a half under 10 minutes
5. Lose 50 lbs and join the Navy...or the Air Force.
