My random post :)
This weekend was eventful...SO yah...Friday night, nathan just kept saying how bored he was so finally when chris got home i was like fine...let's go fishing, so we got up and went fishing @ 1:30a...we loaded the boat and off to Lake Austin we went...It's really awesome having our own boat now...we can just randomly decide to go out and get some sun or fish or whatever...it's kinda like a really awesome freedom that you never knew you needed until you have it :) I love it! Anyway...so we get out to the lake and drop the boat in the water, park the boat and trailer and off we go...It is SOOOOO beautiful out there at night, all of the big nice houses and nice boats in the docks, BUT it was FREAKIN FREEZING!!!!!...of course though, still really really awesome! anyway, so on our way out to Lake Austin, Renny poo had called and was like HEY, i wanna come!! So of course that's always cool...well around 3:30, i was like, hmmm...where's this boy at!?!?!?! he FINALLY calls us at 4 saying that he's FINALLY there...So we dock up and he was awesomely sweet and brought us some food from wendy's really warm food which warmed us right back up and we went back out...so we fished and looked around for about 4 more hours...nathan caught a fish, and it was a fun experience...dunno if we could handle it every weekend but once every couple months sounds fun to me :)
THEN on Saturday after only sleeping for like 2 hours, we went to a baby shower for this guy Jacob and his wife Julie. It was actually pretty fun, they got a lot of really neat stuff :) I think that we should be aloud one or two "because i'm alive showers" where people just get together and bring gifts for us...i guess that would be a birthday huh...there goes my idea out the window :) Anway, so we end up staying there until around 5:30pm and get home and I slept until around 10:30...I was soooo tired...
THEN on SUnday (today) we got up around 10a...nathan went to church with his mom and then lunch and spent the day over there...I went to Stagecoach Inn in Salado with my family...We got hit by a HUGE storm on the way out there...I drove through my first hail storm...it was sooooo scary!!! ANYWAY!!! I'm going to go...I'm pooped and just want to relax for awhile before going to bed...Talk to you guys later!!!! ~suzanne
