Dodged a bottlecap

Sputnik woke us up yesterday at 6:00 a.m. and threw up two times. It was mostly just hair and yellowish fluid (I know you wanted to know that). This morning the vomiting started at 5:00 and he threw up a freakin bottlecap (very dangerous)! Why does he swallow metal? He likes quarters, glass, jagged metal bits...Where does he find these things? I'm hoping that the swallowing strange object thing is just part of puppyhood and that we make it through without surgery or organ failure (watched too many emergency vet shows-eek!). I don't remember Sasha doing this stuff.
Phew! That could have been very bad if he couldn't vomit it up.
