Fun links for the whole family!

The first was passed to me by purpureusfinch, in the spirit of Halloween: a flash game based on the classic Oregon Trail: Organ Trail! Yes, it's as awesome as it sounds.

The second was linked on the Internet: Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator! Ever wanted to captain a ship like Picard or Kirk? Wanted to fly it like LaForge or Sulu? Well, now you (and five of your friends) can! A LAN game; five players take Helm, Engineering, Communications, Science, and Weapons positions, the sixth is the Captain, and doesn't actually have a console of his/her own, but has the big screen at the front of the "ship". Together, your crew must patrol your sector and fight off the attacking enemy ships while protecting the resupply stations therein. Gameplay is promised to develop and expand as the creator works on it.
Anyway, it seems completely awesome, and if it weren't for the $60 price tag (which covers up to six licenses, enough for one full crew), I'd have grabbed it by now. The developer's running an offer, though: put a minute-or-longer video of yourself and friends playing the demo up on YouTube, and he'll send you the game free. Anyone want to put a crew together?
