Wow it was snowing today again. I dragged my butt out though and walked to walmart and the Library. I picked up some more x-mas cards as well as a ball of xmas yarn and pompom makers. I must say though I was very disappointed with both Michaels and walmart. I wanted to get some classic cheesy red, green and white christmas yarn but there was nothing. I ended up getting white with silver glitter in it to make snowball pom pom orniments. I'm gonna have to do some investigating to find the cheesy xmas wool I want
I also ordered the bro's xmas gift. I won't say what it is here cause he reads this. I've also got a good idea for his girlfriend but I gotta talk to him first.
I really enjoyed my walk despite the huge hike up the hill to get to walmart. I love the snow. I wish it could stay for all of december but reading the weekly forcast it'll probably be gone by the end of the week
and man...Walmart has all kinds of awesome clothing. Including stuff I WANT that's actually IN THE WOMAN'S section! Seems army colors are in! There was even this awesome t-shirt with a classic supergirl/wonder woman/batgirl print on it. I totally would have bought it today cept they only had it in medium which sadly I can't pull off unless I start wearing bras. I'm hoping that if I promise to buy more feminine stuff Mom might be willing to take me to Walmart to get some x-mas/birthday clothes. Its amazing how many pieces of clothing I actully wanted to try on. Granted it does help, like I said, that army greens and browns seem to be the in style, plus all the neat printed t's. Oh well maybe that's where I'll spend my xmas money I usually get from Grandma.
Tomorrow if it's not too gross I'm gonna swing by Thrifty's for groceries and hopefully swing by the cat's foster that night, though I haven't gotten in contact with her. Gonna try calling later
Tonight it's a new Bones and a new Criminal Minds, so I'm all set to enjoy my last night of cable tv. Then it's back to downloading all the time for me. Woot
Anyway on that note- SEND ME YOUR MAILING ADDRESSES! If I've emailed you please please send them otherwise I end up with cards written up but not sent, it makes me sad and it makes trees cry heh
