Grade mystery solved
So deciding to take the first step in solving my horrible Office Comm Grade I emailed my prof about my concerns. Here's the response I got today:
Hi
I am glad you asked. There were so many numbers for each project and I added them all late at night when I had time as they had to be in before the deadline by a week or 2. I found 3 people whose additions are on recheck in their favour. Yours is one of them. I believe it is an 87 instead of a 75. I will see what I can do to correct these.

It's still not as high as I suspect it could be but it's definatly an improvement. I shouldn't really be suprised, this is completely on form for this teacher. I pray to GOD the college doesn't rehire her for next years class.
