Well the move from hell got done and we are 90% settled in the house
The move was awful and the only reason we got it done in 7 1/2 hours is that we unloaded half the truck ourselves.
Also that same day I got into a car accident where was turning behind another vehicle and hit him in a merge lane
not a good day for that to happen at all or any day at all mind you
No one got hurt and there was no damage to my car but about $800.00 to his truck at least the insurance took care of that for me.
We finally got the apt cleaned and gave the keys back.
The manager demanded to have the keys back 2 weeks before the end of the month and we said give us that much rent back.
She refused so she got the keys 3 days before the end of the month she was not happy about that but too bad for her.
The company never gave us any breaks and we offered and they refused.
Sucks to be them I say.
They went thru a fire sale for employees at work but luckily I made it thru the cleansing and I am still working but a lot of people were let go almost at last count 25-30 including supervisors in a program of 300 not a good sign
but now we are settled except for Bandit got a pinched nerve from jumping of a bed and spent two days in the vet that was $400.00 and then less than two weeks later developed a chewing allergie another $150.00 but he is finally better thank goodness.
Can't wait for holidays next month that is for sure.
