So, I really havent been posting much lately but i'm gonna through up a post thats kinda bitchy... not to bad tho...
I graduated highschool on the fifteenth of june, by the next friday i had started my new job at a Shell station. I work about 40 hours a week.. and Have tuesday and Wednesday off. this is all fine well and good... The manager is a parental unit of a friend. the assistant manager is leaving at the beginning of August because she's due to pop in the middle of august... she's having a baby boy... The person, chrissy, that Jimmy K, the manager, was going to have replace the assistant manager, audra, fucked up... She did not just one but 2 no call no show's in like..3 months.. And amazingly she didnt get fired.... But Jimmy K isn't going to give her the assistant manager position.. So thats up for grabs and the guy who normally closes wants it really bad.. About as badly as i dont want him to have it.
But yeah, so i had plans for tonight.. I was supposed to go to the potter thingy thing at the book store and then go to the midnight showing of harry potter... But since Chrissy decided to not show up for work, She got suspended from work for 2 weeks... which meant that Jimmy K got to scramble to get all the shifts covered. I'm the lucky one who got to close tonight, even though i've never closed before and had no idea what the fuck i was doing. And it meant that i couldnt do either thing i wanted to do.. I tried to get tito to take my shift, tito is the one i dont like, but he wont.. he's like, i need my day off... i looked at the schedule, the bastard has 3 days off this week,... i have one. and its today, wednesday. i'm working 44 hours this week, and tito is a fucking asshole and wouldnt take my shift cuz he has plans, and he needs his fucking day off...
on the positive side, mum's birthday is on thursday, and Richard and I are throwing her a birthday party.. I'm going to make up a bunch of cookies and stuff... (BTW Shiggy, give me a buzz about that damn cake huh?)
